Welcome to Shopela! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shopela platform (the “Service”), operated by Shopela("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Shopela is currently free and intended for use by TikTok creators aged 13 and above. By using the platform, you confirm you meet the age and legal requirements of your local jurisdiction.

2. Service Overview

Shopela enables TikTok creators to:

Authenticate via TikTok’s Login Kit
Grant permission to access their profile and video list
Automatically generate a unique shop page that displays products linked to their TikTok content

3. Account Access

Authentication is done via Auth.js OAuth. We only request: user.info.basic and video.list. No password is collected by Shopela.

4. Creator Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use your own TikTok account
Not upload or link to fraudulent, harmful, or illegal content
Provide accurate WhatsApp or contact info

Shopela is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your TikTok content. We only display video metadata and preview embeds.

6. Pricing and Access

Shopela is currently free. We may offer paid tiers in the future, with advance notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate terms or misuse the platform.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update the platform or these terms. Continued use = acceptance.

9. Disclaimer

Shopela is provided “as-is”. We make no guarantees on uptime or performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law or your local region’s applicable law.
